Seattle University's Obon Festival on may 23, 2008 attracted a handful of bon odori regulars as well as some adventurous students. despite the rain, it was fun.
The Live Bon Odori at the Seattle Cherry Blossom Festival combined with rain and Hachijo by Taiko-za form a unique memory.
Seattle's Obon Festival usually occurs the 3rd weekend in July and uses scratchy recordings on an awful sound system (tradition). So this live music and vocals, may seem a bit off key but is still a wonderful event, the highlight of the Cherry Blossom Festival in 2005!

Beachcombing under the full moon with a severe lowtide, alien tentacles abandoned on a rocky cove, the wailing seals in the distance, a seal pup sleeping on the beach, squid attracted by fisherman's lights.
a Manhattan Toy Co. Pudgie-Bunny was discovered in a thrift store, adopted by a caring artist and named Taylor. Taylor is happy with his new found friends and family, but feels that he would like to find his siblings. He's the grey one, the others are: brown, black/white, and white.
The Pudgie-Bunnies were discontinued in 1997.
