COST AND DELIVERY

Delivery cost: Доставка новой почтой бесплатно. Shipping: Mon-Fri on the day agreed with you.

   Delivery times to your city depend on the route of Novaya Pochta machines (you can see the times on the carrier's website)

We are not responsible for changes in delivery terms by the carrier. Therefore, choose the desired date of delivery with a margin of at least one day (especially if it is a holiday)

   Delivery payment: the amount for delivery is included in the amount of your order.

​

   Receiving the parcel: you need a passport (or license) to receive it and just pick up the parcel. You do not make any payments at this stage. Pick up your parcels on the day they arrive at the new post office.

If, for any reason, you were billed for delivery by the new post office, there was an error with the delivery address, or you received a damaged package, be sure to let us know.

   We deliver by Novaya Pochta or pick up from our office at the address: Dnipro, str. 11 Sychevykh Streltsov, office 7.
